What You Bring

Employees are expected to understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, and to follow a designated training schedule to achieve certification at each defined level. They must maintain professional and productive communications with internal customers and incorporate new procedures into daily routines. A Bachelor’s (B.Com) or Master’s (M.Com) degree or an equivalent qualification is required. Preferred candidates have at least six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, or finance, strong communication and analytical skills, and any similar process experience is an advantage. The position involves frequent repetitive motions and requires eye, hand, and foot coordination. Employees will be seated for extended periods and engage in constant talking and hearing activities in an office environment using standard equipment. • Understand business fundamentals and SOPs • Hold B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree • Prefer 6 months relevant audit/accounts/finance experience • Strong communication and analytical skills • Frequent repetitive motions with coordination
