About the Role
The Maintenance Clerk provides administrative support to the maintenance function. Responsibilities include guaranteeing the availability of parts in a cost‑effective manner and maintaining fleet records on inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all units. The clerk inputs fleet information into the computerized fleet management system daily, acts as a point of contact with vendors to order, receive, and ensure payment for goods and services, and prepares truck purchase orders for management approval using ePro and appropriate general ledger codes. They also receive, tag, stock and dispense parts to mechanics according to corporate and regional policies, review purchase orders with accounting for accuracy, and produce productivity and usage reports for management. All activities follow safety policies and procedures, with the clerk reconciling Dossier financial data to the Lawson general ledger and supporting the Fleet Manager by analyzing fleet operation reports, identifying trends, correcting data errors, and escalating issues as needed. Additional duties may include assisting with parts organization and inventory and performing other job‑related tasks as assigned.

What You Bring
Candidates need related experience in a maintenance or trucking environment, at least one year of general office experience or equivalent training, and must meet the minimum wage range of $15.55 to $21.40 depending on location.
