About the Role
The Pit Loader Operator will safely operate pit loader equipment to load raw materials efficiently and accurately. Daily duties include monitoring material quality, maintaining production flow, performing equipment inspections, reporting maintenance or safety concerns, following site safety procedures, and communicating effectively with plant and pit teams to support production goals. The role is performed in environments that involve moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Operate pit loader equipment safely and efficiently. • Monitor raw material quality and maintain consistent production flow. • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues. • Follow site safety procedures while working around mobile equipment. • Communicate with plant and pit teams to support production goals.

What You Bring
Candidates should have demonstrated capability to operate heavy equipment or a willingness to learn pit loader operations, a strong focus on safety and situational awareness, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a production team.
