About the Role
As a seasonal Listing Support Processor, you will serve as a behind-the-scenes force in Redfin’s real-estate operations. You will handle the administrative tasks that keep property listings moving from the signing of a listing agreement through to an accepted offer, working closely with licensed coordinators and third-party vendors. Though you will not interact directly with clients or agents, your meticulous work directly influences their success. The role demands strong organization, keen attention to detail, and polished written and verbal communication, using Redfin’s online tools to track and share information. • Support listings across multiple markets throughout the selling process alongside licensed coordinators. • Schedule and coordinate photoshoots, 3D scans, and open houses. • Communicate with photographers, staging companies, sign installers, and other service providers to ensure timely delivery. • Process and quality‑check visual assets such as photos, virtual staging, and floor plans. • Install and maintain lockboxes, signs, flyers, and other listing materials. • Use Redfin’s custom design tools to maintain consistent listing support. • Provide at least one year of high‑volume customer service experience using email, phone, and CRM tools. • Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

What You Bring
The position requires at least one year of high-volume customer-service experience, including frequent use of email, phone, and CRM systems. Candidates should be comfortable with technology, quickly learning tools such as Google Suite and Redfin’s proprietary platforms. Excellent organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. A calm, problem-solving mindset and a distraction-free home office are also required. • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, organization, and strong written/verb al communication. • Work remotely in a distraction‑free setting and be resourceful in problem‑solving.
