About the Role
• Complete mechanical installation tasks safely, adhering to client specifications and AVRS safety rules. • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and promote a positive safety culture. • Deliver installation work to contract quality standards and project quality plans. • Coach and mentor Mechanical Improvers and Apprentices. • Collaborate effectively within the mechanical installation team. • Interpret mechanical installation drawings with minimal supervision.

What You Bring
Candidates must be able to interpret mechanical installation drawings and carry out installations with minimal supervision. Required qualifications include appropriate trade credentials, CSCS or CCNSG, and a full UK driving licence, supported by solid industrial experience. • Hold relevant trade qualifications, CSCS or CCNSG, and a full UK driving licence. • Possess solid industrial experience; water‑industry experience is desirable. • Desirable certifications include SSSTS, EUSR water hygiene, PASMA/IPAF, confined‑space and first‑aid qualifications.
