About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative, also called an Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the front line for telephone and walk‑in customers, understanding equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing orders. What You Bring
• Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime • High School diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license required • Familiarity with construction/industrial tools and equipment • Previous equipment rental industry experience • Strong customer service and telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

Benefits

Base pay ranges from $20.31 to $24.12 per hour, with the exact rate determined by location, education, training, and experience. Full‑time employees become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package on the first of the month after 30 days of service.
