About the Role
The Container Welder/Fabricator is responsible for repairing, painting, and maintaining containers and roll‑off boxes, ensuring they remain functional and compliant with company standards. Key duties include performing repairs and maintenance on front, rear, and roll‑off containers; welding steel and aluminum components using MIG and ARC processes; fabricating steel parts with brakes, shears, and plasma cutters; installing lids, wheels, and safety decals; and painting repaired units while adhering to all safety policies and completing required paperwork.

What You Bring
Candidates must be certified welders with advanced knowledge of MIG and stick welding, plasma cutters, and airless paint sprayers, as well as familiarity with hand tools and strong written and verbal communication skills; a minimum of one year of welding experience or completion of a welding program is required.
