About the Role

• Evacuate parallel refrigeration racks after pressure test verification. • Perform EMS wiring and programming for all manufacturers. • Complete full start‑up of new parallel and individual refrigeration systems. • Lead small projects such as single‑case and condenser changeouts. • Assist with retro‑commissioning, EMS upgrades, leak detection, and gas conversion projects. • Support branch Service and Construction Managers with training and troubleshooting. • Adhere to quality and safety standards and perform additional duties as assigned. • Stand and perform repetitive tasks for long periods. • Frequently use hands and arms to handle equipment and tools. • Perform detailed visual inspections and troubleshooting.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical coursework preferred. • EPA Phase I & II certification required; EMS certification preferred. • 5+ years commercial refrigeration experience, especially with parallel rack systems. • 3+ years experience with supermarket EMS systems. • Expert knowledge of refrigeration, ice machines, electrical systems, single and parallel rack systems, display cases, and walk‑ins. • Ability to read refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing blueprints. • Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Valid driver’s license with good driving record. • Strong communication and collaborative skills. • Lift regularly up to 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb.
