What You Bring
In a restoration setting, a carpenter provides construction and renovation skills needed to restore residential and commercial properties damaged by water, mold, fire, smoke, and other perils. The successful candidate uses power and hand tools safely and effectively, knows a variety of materials and proper construction methods, and continuously learns and improves in the craft. • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with managers, co‑workers, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Maintain good physical condition, stamina, dexterity, and lift at least 50+ lbs. • Hold a high school diploma and solid basic math skills. • Possess 5+ years of hands‑on carpentry experience.
