About the Role

Each day you will coordinate production plans, monitor inventory levels, and lead a team dedicated to accuracy and quality. You will manage SAP transactions, resolve material issues, and ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials while maintaining clear communication with purchasing and quality control. Proactive problem‑solving and continuous process improvement are essential to keep operations moving smoothly. • Ensure OSHA, DOT, and environmental safety policies are followed and staff are trained and certified. • Coordinate production schedules and oversee flawless execution of plans. • Train raw material and receiving personnel on proper storage, transfer, and record‑keeping procedures. • Collaborate with plant leadership to resolve equipment, storage, and material identification issues and lead cross‑plant project teams. • Monitor handling, labeling, and documentation of raw materials to meet solvent recovery compliance. • Maintain accurate inventory counts, manage FIFO programs, and conduct cycle and perpetual inventory checks. • Utilize SAP effectively and ensure team members are trained on all relevant transactions. • Communicate consistently with Purchasing, Quality Control, and Production teams.

In this role you will oversee production scheduling, shipping, receiving, and inventory control for raw materials and finished goods. Collaboration across departments and a focus on safety compliance will drive efficiency and reliability in our processes. • Hold a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. • 3–5 years of leadership experience in fast‑paced manufacturing, focusing on shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
