About the Role
As a Sales Gallery Coordinator you will courteously greet guests to create a positive environment for both Guests and Owners while supporting the Sales team. You will keep the Chorus system updated with tour information and assign guests to Sales Executives based on the sales rotation. Additionally, you will answer and direct incoming telephone calls and help maintain the Sales Galleries. • Greet guests courteously to ensure a positive environment. • Update the Chorus system with accurate tour information. • Assign guests to Sales Executives according to the sales rotation. • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. • Assist in maintaining the Sales Galleries.
