About the Role
The Porter at Oak Hollow I & II is responsible for cleaning vacant units, common areas, office spaces, and model units. The position reports to the Resident and Property Managers and works closely with the maintenance team to ensure the property is ready for marketing and occupancy. • Clean business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on a defined schedule. • Prepare vacant apartment units for showing and occupancy. • Maintain exterior property image, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways. • Provide world‑class customer service by addressing resident concerns and maintenance needs professionally. • Report maintenance problems to the supervisor and assist with inventory control. • Follow safety guidelines and Cushman & Wakefield safety policies while using cleaning agents and equipment.

What You Bring
• Prefer experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings; ability to follow directions and complete tasks on time. • Require a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent technical/vocational education. • Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb regularly.
