The company is hiring a BAS Service Technician in Pleasanton, CA. This role is ideal for someone with building automation system experience who wants to grow within a dynamic, innovative organization. The position requires extensive knowledge of operational procedures and tools gained through significant work experience. Travel throughout the Bay Area to service customers is required, and the technician must operate independently in a fast‑paced environment while coordinating with leadership schedules. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least four years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining Schneider Electric systems (EBO, Continuum) or comparable platforms such as Metasys, Siemens, Alerton, Distech, Tridium/Niagara, or Delta. Familiarity with BACnet, LON, and MODBUS protocols, as well as intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, is expected. Knowledge of video surveillance and access control systems is a plus. • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills for collaboration and customer interaction. • High School Diploma required. • 4+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining Schneider Electric or comparable BAS platforms. • Working knowledge of BACnet, LON, and MODBUS communication protocols. • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Knowledge of video surveillance and access control systems is a plus.

Benefits
The expected compensation for this full-time U.S.-based position is $62,000 to $79,200 per year, including base pay and a short‑term incentive. The salary range applies to candidates located within the United States and is set by comparing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the range, individual pay is influenced by performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
