About the Role

• Use industry‑leading software for structural design, bridge assessment, finite‑element analysis, inspections, renewal feasibility studies, on‑site supervision and scheme management. • Contribute to bridge design from inception through completion. • Perform on‑site inspections and analytical assessments of existing bridge structures. • Manage resources and tasks within bridge design schemes.

What You Bring

The Bridges business line is expanding after winning several high‑profile projects, and it seeks ambitious civil and structural engineering graduates with strong computational, mathematical and design skills. Graduates will work on a variety of bridge projects—from concept design to implementation—for local, national and international clients, and will be expected to deliver results while enjoying technically challenging work. • Require BEng (2:1) in Civil or Structural Engineering; MEng/MSc advantageous. • Demonstrate strong technical understanding of civil/structural engineering and interest in bridge engineering. • Willingness to work toward ICE or IStructE chartership. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and effective written/oral communication with clients and stakeholders. • Show enthusiasm, ambition, ability to prioritize work and collaborate both independently and in teams.
