Administer lease and accounting tasks for a property portfolio

About the Role
• Manage payment queries, perform outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes. • Update and process data in the accounting and lease administration database. • Validate and review lease documents. • Manage changes to landlord and payee details, including system updates. • Administer accounts payable and receivable for rent, outgoings, and other property expenses. • Liaise with clients and suppliers.

What You Bring
The role requires demonstrated experience in a similar position within the property sector, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft suite, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Excellent communication skills, strong initiative, adaptability to new processes, and a willingness to drive improvements are also essential.
