About the Role

The FSM oversees business operations for assigned client service areas, providing on‑site support, supervising contractor performance, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. • Retain and expand B2B client accounts, promoting City Wide building solutions. • Create and execute client‑specific service strategies and schedules. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, staffing, and logistics for additional services. • Hire, negotiate, and manage contractors, ensuring compliance and performance. • Conduct quality‑control inspections and resolve client complaints. • Supervise Night Managers to ensure proper service delivery. • Use City Wide CRM for client inspections, charge entries, and routing. • Schedule non‑routine activities via Outlook and maintain up‑to‑date client documentation (BIS, FSM Summary, MSDS). • Communicate client issues to contractors and Operations Director promptly. • Approve pay sheets and support accounting with invoice collection. • Travel daily to client locations; maintain a valid BC driver’s licence and vehicle. • Provide on‑call emergency support as required.

What You Bring

The role involves collaboration with internal teams such as sales and accounting and requires regular travel to client locations throughout the Burnaby territory. Ideal candidates have at least two years of B2B account management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle on‑call emergencies; a valid BC driver’s licence and a personal vehicle are required. • Minimum 2+ years B2B account management experience with a proven retention record. • Strong verbal and written English communication; positive, outgoing personality. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM databases, and smartphone/laptop use. • Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through and multitasking abilities.
