About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Team Leader to join our team in Stevenage. The role involves managing a high‑performing front‑line operational team, delivering value for money and embedding a customer‑focused approach across the service. You will be primarily site‑based, supervising a team of Trade Operatives to ensure they meet defined objectives and standards. This includes providing guidance on best practice, relevant procedures and strict adherence to health and safety requirements. The position requires you to coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance jobs, tasks and activities for a specific trade or closely related trades, meeting defined requirements and time‑frames. • Lead and manage a high‑performing front‑line repairs team. • Ensure compliance with health & safety and Clarion policies. • Supervise trade operatives on‑site to achieve objectives and standards. • Provide guidance on best practice and procedural adherence. • Coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance jobs within defined timeframes. • Coach team members and manage performance. • Complete a role‑related questionnaire during application.

What You Bring
Demonstrable experience in leadership, coaching and performance management is essential, as outlined in the Team Leader Role Profile and Behaviours & Mandatory Accountabilities OD level 5. Applicants must be able to travel across the region, complete a 10‑question role‑related questionnaire, and undergo a Basic Criminal Record Check. Benefits
Location: Stevenage. Salary: £33,592 – £46,189 per annum. Hours: 36 per week. Contract type: Permanent.
