About the Role

Join our team delivering transformative transit and rail infrastructure across the Greater Toronto Area. In this role you will apply civil engineering expertise to complex, multidisciplinary projects that shape the future of mobility and improve communities across Ontario. • Design civil infrastructure for major transit programs, including roadways, utilities, stormwater, and grading. • Produce engineering designs, calculations, reports, specifications, and cost estimates. • Review and mentor work of engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and constructability. • Collaborate with track, structural, building, systems, and environmental teams for multidisciplinary integration. • Conduct field reviews and provide technical support during construction. • Identify design risks and develop mitigation strategies to limit delays and costs. • Apply Metrolinx, City of Toronto, and other authority requirements to deliver safe, compliant infrastructure. • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and innovation across project teams.

What You Bring

• 10+ years delivering civil designs for rail, transit, or complex urban infrastructure. • In‑depth knowledge of municipal and rail standards (Metrolinx DRM, Metrolinx CES, AERMA, City of Toronto). • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario with experience working with Metrolinx and the City of Toronto. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office; MicroStation or InRoads considered an asset. • Strong teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments.

The salary range varies by province, from $122,100 to $179,100, and the final offer will reflect education, experience, certifications, seniority, location, and business needs.
