About the Role
The Modeling and Simulation Lead role supports the development of Digital Twin capabilities for Army ground vehicles, directly impacting the Paladin self‑propelled howitzer. The position seeks a collaborative team player who values excellence and is ready to tackle new challenges in a mission‑focused environment. The role involves working with a small, multidisciplinary team to create a virtual prototype of the Paladin platform, utilizing tools such as Matlab, Simulink, Unity, Cameo, and CAD systems, and validating models through testing and data analysis. • Collaborate with system, electrical, mechanical engineers and software developers to create a virtual prototype of the Paladin self‑propelled howitzer. • Develop the digital twin using Matlab, Simulink, Unity, Cameo, and CAD tools. • Conduct tests and validate model performance against requirements and tactical vehicle data using SQL, Python, C# and other tools. • Apply emerging technologies to enhance the digital twin development.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant technical experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, proven digital modeling and simulation expertise, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret security clearance. • Possess 10+ years of relevant technical experience. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science. • Demonstrate experience with digital modeling and simulation. • Be a U.S. citizen eligible for Secret security clearance.
