About the Role
This role serves as the primary leader on construction projects, overseeing all phases from pre‑construction through close‑out with little oversight. Responsibilities include managing schedule, budget, risk, procurement, safety, and quality while building strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners. • Lead construction projects from inception to close‑out with minimal oversight. • Develop and maintain project management, financial, and procurement plans. • Conduct preconstruction activities, bid package development, and trade partner buyouts. • Manage self‑perform strategy, production rates, and field craft scheduling. • Oversee logistics, including equipment utilization, cost analysis, and invoicing. • Implement Building Performance Solutions action plans and mock‑up processes. • Ensure site safety through safety plans, walks, documentation, and hazardous material surveys. • Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, specifications, photos, and RFIs. • Coordinate and update master schedules, weekly look‑ahead, and schedule recovery plans. • Review contracts, insurance, and risk mitigation plans; lead permitting and delay documentation. • Monitor and forecast budgets, reconcile monthly revenue and costs, and manage change orders. • Lead and document project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items. • Build and sustain relationships with clients, design teams, trade partners, and industry associations.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate leadership across multiple concurrent projects and drive problem‑resolution. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, 6+ years’ experience, and proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
