• Oversee and coordinate installation of sheet metal systems in commercial construction projects. • Manage a team of sheet metal mechanics. • Ensure work is completed on time and within budget. • Maintain the highest quality standards in all work performed. • Review and approve shop drawings and submittals. • Forecast manpower needs with pre‑construction, project management, and operations teams. • Coordinate with other trades and contractors for seamless integration of sheet metal systems. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. • Keep accurate records of project progress and completion.

What You Bring
Qualified candidates typically hold a high school diploma or GED and have at least ten years of experience as a sheet metal superintendent or in a similar commercial construction role. They must demonstrate strong knowledge of sheet‑metal installation, fabrication techniques, codes, and regulations, as well as leadership, problem‑solving, customer service skills, and possess a valid driver’s license; candidates lacking these qualifications may consider the junior superintendent or foreman positions.
