About the Role
The Customer Business Manager will be responsible for leading the Kimberly‑Clark Personal Care portfolio on Amazon in the UK&I and coordinating Amazon activities across Continental Europe. Reporting to the UK&I Country Leader, Personal Care, the role focuses on growing volume, market share and profitability while supporting e‑commerce strategies for other top grocery retailers. Key accountabilities include achieving sales growth and share targets, building consumer‑led joint business plans, and leading the annual negotiation process with Amazon and other retailers. The manager will develop activation plans, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies, and use data analysis to monitor channel performance and address challenges promptly. • Lead Kimberly‑Clark Personal Care business on Amazon UK&I and coordinate activities across Continental Europe. • Achieve sales growth, market share and profitability targets for Amazon and other top‑4 grocery e‑commerce channels. • Develop consumer‑led joint business plans and lead annual negotiations with Amazon and other retailers. • Create and execute activation and digital media plans to increase traffic and sales for Huggies and other brands. • Analyze channel performance data, resolve issues proactively, and produce scorecards and reports for stakeholders. • Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships and manage external agencies. • Forecast sales and model profit, supporting e‑commerce and CRM projects.

What You Bring
The position requires a degree‑level education and recent experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, particularly on Amazon. Candidates must demonstrate strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to forecast sales and model profit. Excellent networking, stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills, as well as outstanding time‑management and collaboration abilities, are essential. • Required: degree‑level education, proven e‑commerce/Amazon experience, strong analytical and commercial acumen, excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
