About the Role
• Order plans and specifications, monitor addendum notifications, and keep internal site and online plan room current. • Maintain the estimating calendar. • Organize, maintain, and prepare bid documents. • Send solicitations and obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors for upcoming bids. • Maintain documents on the plan room, post plans, addendums, etc. • Assist with bond and insurance requests related to preconstruction requirements. • Manage DBE outreach, solicitation, and tracking. • Manage database of bid history results and subcontractors. • Handle annual qualification renewals and prequalification documents. • Assist with new project setup and execution of contracts. • Deliver on commitments within expected guidelines and timelines. • Maintain acute attention to detail.

What You Bring
• Possess up to two years of experience in construction, architecture, or engineering (ideal but not mandatory). • Understand construction specifications and front‑end documents. • Demonstrate strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe or BlueBeam. • Exhibit exceptional communication skills. • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Work accurately and efficiently with minimal guidance. • Hold a Florida notary license or be able to obtain one upon hire, including knowledge of state notary laws.
