About the Role
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product, the Product Manager leads the creation of AI‑enabled internal tools for ENFRA’s Development division. The role operates within an agile framework and partners with engineering, modeling, and sales teams to advance digital transformation across the organization. • Shape and contribute to the product roadmap while maintaining the backlog. • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, specification, and validation for new features. • Identify and automate data‑intensive operational workflows using AI technologies. • Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover pain points and define solutions. • Gather and act on feedback from technical staff across development teams. • Design and launch AI‑driven workflow projects that replace manual processes. • Coordinate product development with engineering, project, and sales teams. • Apply user‑centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle. • Manage stakeholder relationships and translate technical needs into clear requirements. • Solve analytical problems to improve process efficiency in a fast‑paced environment. • Operate within agile development frameworks to deliver iterative improvements.

What You Bring

A quiet work environment supports focused development activities. • Leverage experience with LLM integration, intelligent document processing, and automation tools. • Possess 3+ years of product management experience with data‑heavy internal applications. • Demonstrate a track record of modernizing legacy processes into app‑based solutions. • Hold strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail. • Preferred: bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent; 5+ years product management; familiarity with energy‑as‑a‑service, HVAC, and building systems.
