• 3–5 years of HOA portfolio management experience • CMCA certification or obtain within first 6 months • Ability to travel for in‑person meetings as needed • Strong knowledge of budgets, audits, reserve studies, bidding processes, and governing documents • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Superior time‑management and ability to work independently • Use of leading industry tools and technology
