About the Role
• Manage on‑site administrative and technical aspects of construction projects. • Direct construction activities to ensure compliance with design, schedule, budget, and quality standards. • Serve as primary client contact or coordinate with client representatives on jobsite operations. • Coordinate with field staff, project manager, and other stakeholders in a unified effort. • Oversee multiple subcontractors on large, complex sites, including MEP/datacenter work. • Lead daily construction sequencing, scheduling, and productivity tracking. • Supervise and mentor superintendents, assistant superintendents, and field personnel. • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules. • Utilize construction management software such as Procore or Bluebeam. • Enforce OSHA safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and manage jobsite documentation. • Manage permitting processes with expeditors, local authorities, and community relations.

What You Bring
Physical demands for the position include the stamina to climb ladders and stairs, use personnel hoists, and move through active construction zones. Employees must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lb unassisted, handle tools, and perform tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and crouching while maintaining adequate vision and hearing. This position does not offer sponsorship for U.S. work authorization, requires a pre‑employment substance‑abuse test, and is not hybrid or remote. Off‑hour and weekend availability may be required depending on project needs. • Minimum: BS in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent; 8‑12 years relevant experience. • Preferred: 8+ years progressive construction experience with 5 years as superintendent on large projects; MEP/datacenter experience. • Required certifications: OSHA 10‑ and 30‑hour (or ability to obtain). • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders, and work in varied terrain and weather conditions. • Position requires on‑site presence, off‑hour and weekend availability; no remote work.
