About the Role
The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role involves servicing, repairing, and replacing a wide range of automatic and manual doors, including ADA operators, swing, sliding, folding doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, and storefront units. • Service a variety of doors, equipment, and control devices

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least two years of experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician, a strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills for partition framing, and a clean driving record. AAADM certification and experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy are preferred. The position requires a positive, professional attitude, the ability to manage multiple projects, work independently or in a team, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Minimum 2 years' experience as an automatic door installer or service technician • AAADM certification (preferred) • Carpentry: partition framing with metal/wood studs and installation of doors/windows • Experience with commercial doors, automatic doors, door hardware, storefront doors, door closers, emergency exit devices, and preventative maintenance • Strong mechanical aptitude • Clean driving record for company vehicles • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet time constraints • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes • Excellent customer service orientation • Ability to succeed in a highly fast‑paced environment
