About the Role
• Sweep jobsite and keep site, conex, and trailer clean of debris and hazards • Maintain and organize tools and equipment daily, including inventory • Assist construction crews with moving and staging materials • Strip and organize forms for concrete work • Construct, erect, and install wood, metal, plywood, wallboard, and other structures using hand and power tools • Set trusses and install framing components • Cut footings and foundation walls; layout and form concrete steps and HC ramps • Operate and interpret 5‑point laser and theodolite building level • Perform finish carpentry such as chair rail, cap, trim, and cabinet installation • Follow directions from superintendents, office/field engineers, and foremen • Communicate effectively with managers and vendors • Provide reliable transportation to and from work sites

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong desire to work with multiple trades on varied projects • Possess general knowledge of framing or other construction techniques • Obtain certifications: OSHA 10‑hour, forklift, aerial/boom lift, scissor lift, first aid, and CPR • Own essential hand tools (nail guns, square, level, chalk box, etc.) • Travel as needed along the Front Range

Benefits
The position offers a salary of $20‑$25 per hour depending on experience, plus an additional $65 per night shift, weekly pay, and full‑time permanent status. Benefits include company‑paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, short and long‑term disability, two weeks paid time off, seven paid holidays, a 401(k) after three months, and company‑sponsored safety training.
