What You Bring

We are seeking a strategic Project Director for our UK Infrastructure business, based in the Midlands but willing to travel across the UK. The role will lead growth of client relationships in the region and support national initiatives, requiring a commercially minded individual who can cultivate and develop relationships and lead delivery of commissions at strategic levels. The ideal candidate has proven leadership of diverse, multi‑sector teams (rail, aviation, utilities, power, highways, local authorities) and experience in project management or engineering capital programme delivery. Experience includes leading major programmes and projects, managing teams, working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts, and successful business generation through bidding, networking, pursuit planning and client engagement. Desirable experience includes procurement, asset management, advisory, and participation on client or internal boards setting strategy and growth targets. • Utilize NEC3/4 contract knowledge and oversee procurement, asset management, or advisory activities as needed.
