About the Role
As an Architectural Lighting Designer you will support the studio’s inspiring and collaborative designs, providing trade‑specific system design, layout, calculations, and coordination with other architectural and engineering trades, as well as conducting field inspections to assess existing conditions. • Create designs from concept through construction administration under senior designer direction. • Support lighting system design for new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades across diverse project types. • Learn drawing organization and company standards. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments. • Attend project meetings and coordinate lighting design with clients and project team members. • Conduct field inspections to assess existing conditions and coordinate new work. • Attend continuing education seminars on technical or professional topics.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university. • 6 months to 2 years of lighting design experience. • Proficiency in latest versions of AutoCAD and Revit. • Working knowledge of AGI calculation software, Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp. • Passion for lighting design and continuous learning.
