About the Role

• Manage all under‑construction homes, completed unsold sites, on‑site trailer area, and overall community. • Coordinate on‑site construction activities without supervision, interacting regularly with division departments and city inspectors. • Study project specifications, plans, and scopes of work to effectively oversee each project. • Schedule trade partners and inspect their work for quality compliance. • Manage material orders and deliveries to align with project schedules. • Prioritize labor and equipment resources to prevent delays. • Supervise Assistant Builders as needed. • Address workforce complaints and resolve customer problems. • Conduct daily physical inspections of each house to verify progress and safety standards. • Oversee completion of walk‑through items and ensure adherence to company quality and safety methods. • Maintain up‑to‑date scheduling and payment systems to ensure timely trade‑partner compensation. • Read and interpret blueprints accurately. • Follow industry‑standard job site safety practices.

What You Bring
