About the Role
In this role you will move and prep materials, monitor inventory, stage supplies according to production schedules, and keep aisles clear of hazards. You will operate carts, pallet jacks, or a forklift (if certified), follow safety and quality procedures, clean and grind silencers, and assist welders with measuring, layout, and installation tasks. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. • Move materials, components, and supplies to welders and shipping areas • Prep material for production teams within the facility • Monitor inventory levels at workstations and alert supervisors of shortages • Stage materials according to production schedules • Keep aisles organized and free of hazards • Transport materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified) • Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures • Assist welders with measuring and layout of materials • Cut and prep insulation and screening for fabrication • Assist welders with installation of welding materials

What You Bring

Benefits
The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, has at least one year of warehouse or manufacturing experience, can lift 50 lb individually (and heavier items with a team), and understands safe workplace practices.
