About the Role
The Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated media campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including broadcast, streaming, digital video, CTV/OTT, social, audio, display, and out‑of‑home. By developing full‑funnel media strategies and managing campaign activation, pacing, and reporting, the manager supports franchisee objectives and drives measurable business outcomes. Collaboration is a key component of the role; the manager works closely with agencies, platform partners, and internal teams such as brand, creative, analytics, and strategy to design holistic media plans and present performance insights to stakeholders. In addition, the manager tracks and reconciles media budgets, produces monthly reporting, and seeks opportunities to improve workflows and tools. • Develop and execute integrated local media plans across paid channels (broadcast, streaming, digital video, CTV/OTT, social, audio, display, OOH) • Manage full‑funnel campaign planning, activation, optimization, pacing, and reporting within budget and timeline constraints • Analyze performance data to refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies, identifying trends and opportunities • Oversee agency partnerships and platform relationships, leveraging advanced tools and beta opportunities • Collaborate with brand, creative, analytics, and strategy teams to design holistic media strategies and present insights to franchisees and internal stakeholders • Track and reconcile media budgets monthly and produce clear campaign reports with actionable recommendations • Work remotely with minimal supervision, maintain stable internet and VPN access, and travel up to 10% as needed

What You Bring
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and mathematical abilities, proficiency with programmatic platforms, DSPs, ad servers, and measurement systems, and excellent communication skills for building trust across diverse teams. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field and at least three years of experience in marketing operations or data analysis are required. • Demonstrate strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills; proficient with programmatic platforms, DSPs, ad servers, measurement systems, and digital marketing tools • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience
