Outside Sales Representative

About the Role

• Sell exterior building products—including roofing, siding, windows, and waterproofing—across the assigned territory • Drive profitable growth and meet sales and margin budgets • Prospect and identify new customer opportunities • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors • Partner with branch operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience • Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship tools • Continuously develop sales skills and expand product knowledge • Build and maintain positive relationships

What You Bring

• Travel extensively within the assigned market • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales or related leadership roles • Possess familiarity with construction, building materials, or wholesale distribution (a plus) • Provide Spanish bilingual proficiency (a plus) • Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • Exhibit strong analytical, communication, organization skills, and attention to detail • Be highly comfortable with technology • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
