About the Role
• Perform all duties of Escrow Receptionist, Escrow Technician, and Assistant Escrow Officer • Complete routine residential resale, refinance, and builder escrow transactions • Prepare escrow instructions and any necessary amendments • Deposit escrow funds, prepare disbursements, and balance escrow accounts • Execute general office functions as needed • Train Escrow Technicians and Assistant Escrow Officers • Solicit escrow and title business from Realtors, lenders, builders, sellers, and buyers • Establish and maintain relationships through social, professional, civic, and community groups • Conduct closings with customers • Assist Senior Escrow Officers as directed • Obtain and maintain escrow/title business while complying with company policies and regulations • Directly supervise escrow department staff, handling hiring, training, work assignment, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and complaint resolution • Apply basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively • Identify and solve problems independently, seeking assistance when needed • Operate office equipment efficiently

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or possess four to six years of related experience, and a notary commission is required. Required knowledge includes telephone etiquette, basic accounting, real‑estate and escrow terminology, English grammar, and proficiency with the Century Title automation system.
