About the Role

The CRM Analyst will manage adoption and success of the enterprise CRM application, currently Salesforce, reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth Applications. Serving as the product expert, the analyst will act as a liaison between users and the business application support and development teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications. In the business-facing role, the analyst will promote and measure CRM adoption across business development and marketing, maintain and expand a sustainable training program, and provide "how‑to" support as the subject‑matter expert. They will build and maintain reports and dashboards, document requirements and workflows, manage change and service requests, and lead quality‑assurance testing in sandbox and production environments. Technical responsibilities include managing the Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) application for quarterly email campaigns, participating in testing and adoption of Salesforce AI tools, and staying current with platform updates to recommend improvements. The analyst will also collaborate with IT on data integration, reporting, analytics, and the development of new functionality and integrations. • Promote and measure CRM adoption across business development and marketing teams • Maintain and expand a sustainable training program for CRM users • Provide "how‑to" support and act as Salesforce subject‑matter expert • Build, improve, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications • Partner with Data Stewards to monitor and improve data quality • Document requirements, workflows, and data processes for Salesforce objects • Manage change requests, service requests, and communication of updates • Conduct method‑based Quality Assurance testing in sandbox and production • Ensure consistent processes and data quality with Marketing Systems Analyst • Collaborate with IT for accurate data integration, reporting, and analytics • Develop new functionality and integrations in partnership with IT • Manage Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) for quarterly email campaigns • Participate in testing and adoption of Salesforce AI tools • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements

What You Bring

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of CRM analytics experience, strong relational database and data‑modeling skills, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. Benefits

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $130,000, with eligibility for a discretionary performance‑based bonus.
