About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role oversees all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, ensuring smooth move‑ins, high occupancy, and positive resident experiences. • Show and lease units, qualify prospects, complete lease paperwork, and manage the move‑in process. • Generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to meet leasing targets. • Maintain accurate prospect data and respond to inquiries within 24 hours. • Handle resident complaints, service requests, and support retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Assist with lease audits, unit‑turn inspections, and general office upkeep. • Implement marketing initiatives, conduct market surveys, and promote property advantages. • Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies.

What You Bring
• Minimum requirement: High School diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. • Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working overtime or in varied temperatures.

Benefits
