About the Role
The Receptionist will study technical job requirements, recommend suitable materials and subcontractors, and maintain the company’s technical library of approved supplier information, ensuring cost, time and quality constraints are met. • Conduct market visits and attend trade shows to expand network and awareness. • Update and maintain the technical library with supplier and subcontractor documentation. • Identify and qualify new subcontractors offering optimal price, quality, and payment terms. • Manage the material procurement database and generate material/subcontractor logs aligned with the procurement plan. • Issue RFQs, collect quotations, and upload responses to SharePoint for review. • Prepare technical and pricing comparison sheets, obtain approvals, and share them via SharePoint. • Provide material samples for client/consultant approval and review local purchase orders. • Support the construction team with timely material delivery, technical issue resolution, and payment coordination. • Prepare Letters of Intent, Acceptance, and Subcontract Agreements in coordination with senior procurement staff. • Coordinate technical evaluations and compliance checks with the engineering department for major subcontractors. • Discuss approved vendors with senior procurement officers before releasing major RFQs. • Participate in weekly procurement meetings, site meetings, and assist in departmental training.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least two years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of common contract conditions such as FIDIC and JCT. Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong time‑management, confidentiality, and proficiency in English and computer applications.
