About the Role

In the Business Intelligence domain, the manager will leverage trusted data sources and technologies to communicate key performance measures to cross‑functional partners, audit data for integrity, and develop insightful, interactive reports and dashboards. They will work closely with end‑users to define use‑cases, translate complex data problems into technical solutions, and facilitate effective communication at all organizational levels. Within Analytics Engineering, the manager will collaborate with business teams, data engineers, and BI developers to ensure data is structured and accessible for analysis. Responsibilities include assessing current tool performance, identifying improvement opportunities, designing data models, pipelines, and ETL processes, and driving best practices in data governance, quality, and performance while advocating for modern analytics architectures. • Drive improvements in SIOP metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias, working capital, and customer service levels. • Build and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for cross‑functional stakeholders. • Translate complex business use‑cases into technical data solutions and ensure data integrity. • Design and implement data models, pipelines, and ETL processes to support analytics. • Optimize and evaluate BI tools, promoting best practices in data governance and performance. • Lead collaboration among business users, data engineers, and BI developers.

Regal Rexnord is expanding and seeks a Manager of SIOP Analytics to lead digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning metrics. The role focuses on enhancing forecast accuracy, reducing bias, achieving working capital cost savings, and delivering best‑in‑class customer service levels. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, possess strong communication skills, and practice collaborative leadership across business units. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field and have at least five years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence. Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Python, as well as experience with data warehouses and data visualization tools. Preferred qualifications include adaptability to fast‑paced environments, strong analytical decision‑making, and familiarity with ERP/MRP platforms such as Oracle, Demantra, or SAP. • Require bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics and ≥5 years of analytics or BI experience. • Proficient in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Python; experienced with data warehouses and visualization. • Preferred experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, Demantra, SAP) and fast‑paced environments.
