About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician you will troubleshoot service issues across HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing systems, maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and compliance, respond promptly to service tickets, and communicate clearly with residents and office staff about repairs and updates. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues • Maintain interior and exterior areas per standards and regulations • Respond quickly to maintenance service tickets • Communicate repair updates to residents and staff professionally

What You Bring
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM, with a paid rotating on‑call schedule and availability for emergency events. Candidates must hold an active driver’s license, have a personal vehicle, live within a 30‑minute commute, and preferably possess HVAC/EPA/CFC certification and at least one year of related experience or an equivalent education mix. • Must be available for emergency events • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required • Live within 30‑minute commute to the property • HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred • Minimum one year of related experience or equivalent education
