About the Role
The plant labor role involves general labor duties such as cleaning, shoveling, material handling, operating hand tools, assisting with equipment maintenance, supporting production teams, loading and unloading materials, and keeping the site organized, all while adhering to safety protocols. • Perform cleaning, shoveling, and material handling tasks. • Operate hand tools and support equipment maintenance. • Assist plant operations and production teams as needed. • Follow all safety procedures and promptly report hazards. • Load and unload materials and maintain site organization. • Work safely and follow instructions in various weather and noise conditions.

Compensation includes $25.32 per hour and a 401(k) plan with automatic company contributions and matching.
