About the Role

The Senior Contracts Manager provides day‑to‑day management of contract preparation, negotiation, and execution in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. This is a full‑time, in‑office role. • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions for business risk, recommending revisions or alternative terms. • Oversee the contract approval process from generation to execution, including distribution, amendments, and extensions. • Stay current with state and federal legal requirements to ensure contract compliance. • Draft and negotiate contract modifications and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.

What You Bring

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Apply strong legal analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail. • Demonstrate superior organizational skills. • Hold a licensed attorney credential (California license preferred) with knowledge of California and federal contract and construction laws. • Bring experience negotiating large Construction/EPC contracts; familiarity with solar, battery energy storage, and substation construction contracts is preferred.
