About the Role

Plumbers are responsible for delivering residential plumbing services, diagnosing issues, estimating repairs, installing and maintaining piping systems, prioritizing tasks, adhering to safety standards, educating customers, and representing Reliance’s products and services. • Provide tools for the job, fully stocked trucks, ongoing skills training, and professional development programs. • Deliver general residential plumbing services to customers. • Represent Reliance professionally and courteously on every call. • Diagnose on‑site problems, accurately estimate repair costs, and fix issues correctly the first time while communicating value to homeowners. • Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment in residential buildings. • Prioritize and assign work to meet established deadlines. • Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, service, and installations according to manufacturer specifications. • Follow all safety rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Instruct customers on proper care and maintenance of plumbing systems. • Explain the value of Reliance products, services, and programs on each call.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a 306A Apprentice License or Certified Plumber, have at least five years of plumbing experience, possess a clean driver’s license, be physically able to perform the work, and demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and customer service skills. • Consistent work with a predictable and stable schedule. • Hold a 306A Apprentice License or Certified Plumber (mandatory). • Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience. • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract. • Physically capable of performing all job duties. • Excellent verbal and communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities. • Outstanding customer service skills.
