About the Role
The analyst will create and sustain Power BI reports and dashboards, collaborating closely with the Transformation and Broker Market Support Shared Services teams to guarantee data consistency and timeliness. They will stay current with Power BI advancements and integrate best practices into ongoing development. Key responsibilities include designing data models, building ETL pipelines, and developing visualisation components that translate business requirements into actionable insights. The analyst will also perform data analysis to uncover trends, define KPIs, and produce ad‑hoc queries and reports for stakeholders. In addition, the role entails establishing data‑management standards, overseeing data quality, and implementing governance policies to meet industry regulations. The analyst will work in an agile environment, deploying solutions and coordinating with cross‑functional teams. • Design and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualisations. • Lead creation of data models and ETL processes from multiple source systems. • Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions. • Perform data analysis to identify trends and define key performance indicators. • Develop ad‑hoc queries and reports to support business decision‑making. • Establish and enforce data‑quality, integration, and governance standards. • Collaborate with Transformation and Broker Market Support teams using agile methodology. • Utilise Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. • Write and optimise complex SQL queries for relational databases.

Cushman & Wakefield's Transformation Team is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with Power Platform expertise to lead the design, development, and maintenance of its BI solutions. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across the organization. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and have at least six years of BI development experience, including advanced Power BI, Power Platform, and SQL expertise. Desired credentials include Microsoft Power BI Data Analytics or Power Platform certifications, with a Microsoft Fabric certification preferred. • Hold or pursue Microsoft Power BI Data Analytics or Power Platform certifications; Fabric certification preferred.
