About the Role
• Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage • Document incoming and outgoing equipment • Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning • Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment • Maintain equipment inventory systems per SOPs • Perform general yard and shop cleanup to company standards • Maintain a safe, hazard‑free workplace • Uphold EquipmentShare’s culture and high customer‑experience standards

What You Bring
• Safety training and PPE required when applicable • Valid driver’s license • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting required • High school diploma or equivalent • Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and perform physical tasks (stand, sit, bend, stoop) • Must be at least 18 years old, pass a 10‑panel drug screen, and clear a background check
