About the Role
The Route Service & Sales Rep II will maintain and grow a route serving existing fire extinguisher, kitchen hood, e‑light, and gas system customers, inspecting, servicing, repairing, and installing multiple suppression product lines according to safety requirements and manufacturer specifications. The role involves making recommendations based on manufacturer specs and local codes, identifying deficiencies, quoting, selling, and repairing on‑site, up‑selling existing customers, acquiring new accounts, meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and proactively contacting potential customers with suppression solutions. What You Bring
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 40 lb, work in restricted areas, and use ladders, plus strong customer service and communication skills.
