The HVAC Service Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains residential (and light commercial) heating and cooling systems, delivering reliable comfort solutions and exceptional customer service. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication with customers, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. • 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred • EPA Certification (required) • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Excellent customer service and communication abilities • Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls effectively • Residential HVAC experience required; light commercial experience a plus
