About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative (B2B/Rental) – also called Market Sales Leader – is responsible for driving revenue by coaching Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers, pinpointing current and upcoming job sites, and cultivating relationships with key decision‑makers such as project managers and executives. The role develops strategic market approaches, ensures collaboration among sellers, and extracts peak performance to maximize revenue. • Coach OSRs and Strategic Account Managers to identify and target upcoming job sites. • Build territory and grow market share while meeting/exceeding individual sales goals. • Develop and execute strategic market approaches to provide solutions and quality service. • Maintain safety standards, performing physical tasks such as bending, lifting 25+ lbs.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and have at least four years of proven sales success. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, knowledge of construction phases, equipment applications, and the ability to meet or exceed individual sales goals are required. • Hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of proven sales experience. • Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history and construction knowledge.
