About the Role
Daily duties include setting up and removing cones, signs, and barricades; using a stop/slow paddle to direct traffic; adhering to all safety protocols; communicating with crew and supervisors; and maintaining clean, safe vehicles and equipment. Work is performed outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions, with shifts that may vary and can involve standing or walking for 8‑12 hours. • Set up and take down cones, signs, and barricades. • Guide traffic with a stop/slow paddle and monitor site activity. • Follow all safety protocols taught during training. • Keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe. • Work outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions. • Wear company‑provided safety gear; provide steel‑toe boots. • Maintain alertness around moving traffic. • Treat coworkers, clients, and the public with respect.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, be able to stand, walk and work outdoors for extended periods, lift 40–50 lb, and be willing to work in traffic and changing weather. A flexible, punctual schedule is required, along with successful completion of pre‑hire screening, including a drug test, and a commitment to safety and respectful conduct. • Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors. • Adapt to variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies. • Stand or walk 8–12 hours per shift. • Hold a valid driver’s license. • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods. • Lift 40–50 lb safely. • Pass pre‑hire screening and drug test.
