About the Role
Primary responsibilities include preparing monthly Board and Corporate reporting packages, consolidating results for regional and Support Services segments, and analyzing budget versus actual performance. The analyst partners with the executive team and senior leadership to explain variances, track spend, and support FP&A activities such as B‑Pack production, trade‑review slides, CapEx management, CPI tracker updates, and budget template enhancements. Additional duties involve maintaining HQ accounting reconciliations, supporting special projects like ERP go‑live and SOP development, and completing other tasks as assigned. • Prepare monthly Board and Corporate reporting packages with senior management. • Consolidate monthly results for regional and Support Services segments, focusing on budget vs. actual analysis. • Partner with executive and senior leadership to explain variances and track spending. • Support FP&A through B‑Pack production, trade‑review slides, CapEx tracking, CPI updates, and budget template enhancements. • Maintain HQ accounting reconciliations, including insurance, wire transactions, and the UK Risk Register. • Assist with special projects such as ERP go‑live support and SOP development. • Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow company policies and SOPs.

What You Bring
Qualifications require a BS degree in Accounting or Finance and three to five years of relevant experience. Candidates must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite or Styeline), and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and quality‑focus skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to company policies and SOPs. The role is primarily office‑based, requiring typical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 20 lb. Travel is minimal, estimated at 5‑10 % of total work time. • Hold a BS in Accounting or Finance with 3‑5 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Styeline). • Possess a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills. • Physical requirement: occasional lifting of up to 20 lb in an office environment. • Travel requirement: 5‑10 % of time.
